Your account settings on Frontpic.com allow you to manage various aspects of your profile, including personal details, payment methods, security, and preferences. Follow these steps to easily navigate and update your account settings.
1. Log Into Your Frontpic Account
- Go to Frontpic.com and log in using your registered email and password.
2. Navigate to Account Settings
- Click on Your Profile:
- After logging in, click on your profile icon located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Select “Account Settings”:
- From the dropdown menu, choose “Account Settings” to proceed.
3. Edit Personal Information
- Update Your Details:
- Under Account Settings, you can edit Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and other personal information.
- Make sure to save the changes once you’ve updated your information.
4. Manage Password
- Change Password:
- Under Security Settings, click “Change Password”.
- Enter your current password, then new password, and confirm the new password.
- Save your new password.
5. Payment Methods
- Add or Remove Payment Methods:
- In Payment Methods, you can add bank accounts, UPI, or wallets to facilitate easy payouts.
- To remove a payment method, simply click on “Remove” next to the saved details.
6. Notification Preferences
- Customize Alerts:
- You can manage your email notifications and SMS updates here.
- Enable or disable updates on order status, promotional offers, and delivery status according to your preferences.
7. Security Settings
- Manage Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
- Enable two-factor authentication for added security to ensure your account remains protected.
- Login History:
- Check the Login History to see where and when your account was accessed.
8. Delete Account
- Request Account Deletion:
- If you wish to delete your account, you can request it under Privacy Settings.
- Keep in mind that deleting your account will result in permanent removal of your data.
