Return & Exchange Policy

At Frontpic.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return & exchange policy makes it easy to address your concerns.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Exchnaged products will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” during purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team at support@frontpic.com with your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if eligible.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please mention the replacement product details when contacting us.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund with in 7 working days at no additional cost.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to a mistake on our part.
- For exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply for the replacement item.
