How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order, Frontpic.com makes it easy to request cancellations before the product is shipped. Follow the steps below to cancel an order successfully

1. Check Your Order Status

  • Before canceling, confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation:
    • Orders that haven’t been processed or shipped yet can typically be canceled.
    • If your order has already been shipped, you may not be able to cancel it, but you can still initiate a return once it arrives.

2. Log Into Your Account

  • Go to your account by visiting Frontpic.com and logging in.
  • Navigate to Orders from the menu.

3. Locate Your Order

  • Find your order in the list of recent purchases and click on it to view details.

4. Request Order Cancellation

  • Click on “Cancel Order”:
    • If your order is eligible for cancellation, you’ll see the option to cancel under the order details.
  • Select Reason:
    • Choose the reason for cancellation from the available options (e.g., “Changed my mind,” “Found a better deal,” etc.).

5. Confirm the Cancellation

  • Review your cancellation request and confirm.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

6. Cancellation Confirmation

  • Once successfully canceled, your order status will reflect as Canceled.
  • A refund (if applicable) will be processed according to the payment method you used.

7. What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Refund Processing:
    If you paid through credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or any other online method, your refund will be credited back to the same payment source within 3–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may take slightly longer and will be processed via bank transfer.
