I would like to return my order

3. Locate Your Order

  • Find the Order:
    • Identify the order you wish to return and click “Return/Replace”.

4. Select Return Reason

  • Choose “Return”:
    • Select the appropriate reason for the return (e.g., “Product not as described,” “Changed my mind,” etc.).
  • Provide Additional Details:
    • Add any comments or additional information that could help process your return smoothly.

5. Arrange the Pickup

  • Pickup Details:
    • Frontpic will arrange for a reverse pickup at your location (if eligible).
  • Packaging:
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and freebies.

6. Tracking the Return

  • Receive Return Confirmation:
    • You will receive a confirmation email once your return request is approved.
  • Stay Updated:
    • You can track the return status through Orders > Returns in your account.

7. Refund Process

  • Return Approval:
    Once the product is received and inspected, Frontpic will process your refund.
  • Processing Time:
    • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days and will be credited to your original payment source.

8. Exchange Option (if applicable)

  • Exchange Available:
    • If the product is eligible for an exchange, a replacement product will be shipped once the return is processed.

9. Important Points to Note

  • Product Condition:
    • Returned items must not show signs of use (including scratches, stains, etc.).
  • Refund Charges:
